Greenberg Glusker has played a significant supporting role within the Los Angeles community for over 50 years.  In addition to representing some of Southern California's top and up-and-coming talent and companies, we have been active participants in some of the City’s great art institutions, community-based organizations and non-profit initiatives, including:

Many of our attorneys help to further the cause of various Los Angeles-based organizations through their volunteer service as board legal advisors.  In fact, one of our founding members, Arthur Greenberg, has established a personal reputation for cultivating and supporting the Los Angeles art communities as a founding member of both the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).  Mr. Greenberg is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Music Center of Los Angeles.

Diversity at Greenberg Glusker

Greenberg Glusker actively identifies and creates clear and measurable leadership opportunities for women and minorities at all levels, throughout their legal careers with the firm. We consistently strive to increase diversity and promote inclusiveness, and provide opportunities for meaningful responsibilities in developing and managing client relationships and representing clients in courtroom or boardroom assignments.

Greenberg Glusker believes that the best way to achieve innovative strategies and successful results for our clients is to recruit, retain, and promote attorneys of diverse backgrounds. Therefore, our clients can benefit from varied experiences and utilize unique talents and perspectives to collaboratively accomplish the best possible results. We understand and appreciate that our clients work in and with a global community, and that they require counsel who understand the wide-ranging needs of their employees and clients.

Greenberg Glusker’s Diversity Committee, which includes our Managing Partner, seeks to increase the number of diverse attorneys in the firm through targeted recruitment programs. We also focus on offering mentoring and training, and educating our attorneys and staff on the importance of diversity and equality. We are particularly proud of our Women’s Mentoring Program, which was a finalist for the Best Mentoring Program category of the Chambers USA Women in Law Awards.

Doing well by doing good” has always been a philosophy of founding partner Arthur Greenberg and continues to be the cornerstone of our firm’s culture today. Our commitment to diversity, equality, and respect is not only smart business, it is an ethical imperative. We support our attorneys and staff in their participation in social, philanthropic, and community programs and affinity groups that encourage minority and female students, attorneys, and businesses owners to succeed in the legal profession and business world.
