Probate litigation is a fact of contemporary life. By nature, it is sensitive, highly personal and emotionally charged. The increasing complexity of wealth preservation strategies and an aging baby-boomer generation have led to a corresponding increase in trusts and estates litigation.

For decades, Greenberg Glusker has represented beneficiaries, executors, trustees, partnerships, corporations, financial institutions, charities and nonprofits in a variety of trusts and estates litigation matters.

The firm has handled the entire spectrum of trusts and estates disputes including litigating the validity of trusts and wills, breach of fiduciary duty claims (including removal and suspension actions), and contested conservatorship and guardianship proceedings. In addition, given the full-service nature of the firm’s services, we draw upon the expertise of our colleagues in other practices when necessary.

While our goal is to resolve fiduciary disputes amicably and privately whenever possible, where litigation is unavoidable, we do so fearlessly from inception through trial and appeal.
