With a successful career that includes prior experience as a member of KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Group, Cousineau’s arrival to Greenberg Glusker reinforces the firm's commitment to offering corporate and tax counsel to its client base.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Cousineau was an integral member of the Tax and Trusts & Estates Department at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP. With an impressive career spanning more than a decade, Cousineau has gained a reputation for providing strategic counsel to both corporate and private equity clients on transaction structuring, purchase agreement considerations, and executive compensation matters.
