Partners Kelly Raney and Elizabeth Sbardellati were nominated as "Inspirational Women" in the L.A. Times B2B Publishing Inspirational Women Forum & Leadership Awards supplement. 

The event, taking place on November 7, 2023, will recognize accomplished female leaders throughout Los Angeles County who have demonstrated noteworthy success and accomplishments during the last 24 months in approximately 10 award categories.

Kelly Raney counsels and defends employers and management in the full range of employment law issues at the state and federal levels. She represents and advises clients of all sizes, from start-ups and high-net-worth individuals to Fortune 500 companies on matters ranging from employment policies, practices and compliance, pre-litigation disputes and investigations, and all stages of litigation. Kelly has also litigated high-stakes intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, which included authoring briefs and appearing at the federal appellate level.

Elizabeth (Liz) Sbardellati works closely with branded consumer products companies on a wide array of issues ranging from trademark prosecution and enforcement, growth strategy, and manufacturing and distribution agreements, to licensing and collaboration deals. She is head of Greenberg Glusker’s Trademark Protection & Enforcement Group. She advises companies across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, video games, beauty and personal care, apparel, and home goods. Her passion lies in advising and supporting women-owned, led, and founded brands.
