Greenwashing and its Dirty Consequences
Greenberg Glusker environmental attorneys, Sedina Banks and Sherry Jackman, are slated to present "Greenwashing and its Dirty Consequences" on August 30, 2023, during the next installment of "Clean Air Conversations" hosted by the Coalition for Clean Air.
This conversation will review the regulatory framework, business risks and litigation risks associated with green marketing, “greenwashing,” and false and misleading advertising.
