Dysart is an experienced entertainment attorney with an impressive background in TV, feature films, podcasts, and other forms of digital media and technology. Throughout his career he has handled more than $2B in corporate development, M&A, film & TV slate finance, and production deals, acting as outside general counsel and deal advisor to production companies, creators, and tech firms.
Dysart advises and protects clients looking to leverage lean, high-impact teams. He crafts durable, future-proofed deals in collaboration with finance and strategy stakeholders, calling upon his deep experience and relationships with industry executives to forecast negotiation outcomes and secure successful results. His practice includes representing several leading podcast, digital media, and film & television production companies and talent, many of which leverage their brands into successful consumer products, publishing, and live event ventures.

Dysart graduated from Columbia University Law School and began his legal career at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP.
