Greenberg Glusker Real Estate Partner, Kevin Sher, has been chosen for Connect CRE's fourth annual Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. Kevin is one of only 12 attorneys selected from the California region. Awardees were selected for excelling in their practices as well as their contributions to the community.

Kevin Sher represents private owners, partnerships, REITs, and public companies in all aspects of real estate matters. He advises clients on residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, retail and office leasing, multi-property portfolio acquisitions, seller leaseback transactions and real estate financing.

Kevin is a lifetime Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association member and a supporter of Advancing Justice – Los Angeles. He’s involved with the UCLA Alumni Association and with his local community. Sher volunteers as pro bono counsel for Alliance for Children’s Rights.
