Cole Nicholas is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Capital Recovery Group.

Cole earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, Cole was a Summer Law Clerk with the Debtor Assistance Project for Public Counsel. Cole also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sheri Bluebond where he gained deeper insights on substantive issues cited in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 filings such as civil contempt and the impact of real property obligations. Before law school, Cole was a legislative intern in the office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein where he authored summary memoranda for Senate committee hearings.
