Elias Kawas is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Department. 

Elias' practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for institutional investors, owners and developers.

Prior to joining Greenberg Glusker, Elias was an associate in the real estate department of a multinational law firm.
