Litigation Counsel, Vishwanath "Vish" Mohan, will be speaking on the panel titled, "Impact of AI on Entertainment" for the New York State Bar Association's Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section 2024 Virtual Annual Meeting Program on January 18, 2024.
This panel will explore the myriad legal and business challenges in the entertainment industry presented by generative AI technology, including its impact on screenwriters, authors, actors and other content creators, and highlighted by the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strikes, where AI’s potential replacement of humans is a major issue.
