Probate, Trusts & Estates Litigation Chair, Benny Roshan, will be a panelist at the highly anticipated 2023 USD School of Law – RJS LAW Tax Controversy Institute on Friday, July 28. She will be part of an esteemed group of practitioners on the "Trust and Estate Litigation Panel."
The panel will discuss factual and legal issues associated with trust contests, touching on issues of capacity, community property, durable power of attorney documents, and litigation strategy.
The Institute is the premier tax controversy event in San Diego.
