Biography
Nicole Matsuda (she/her) is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department. She works with clients across all stages of growth, from company formation to acquisitions.
Nicole is a regular guest lecturer in Judge Eric Taylor's "Popular Culture and the Law" course at Loyola Marymount University. She graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association and Chief Administrative Officer of the Criminal Justice Law Review. She was also recognized as a 3-time Masin Family Excellence Gold Award Winner.
