Three Greenberg Glusker Partners Selected to Los Angeles Times' 2023 Banking and Finance Visionaries List

Greenberg Glusker partners Keith Patrick Banner, Jeffrey Krieger, and Jonathan Shenson were selected to the Los Angeles Times '2023 Banking and Finance Visionaries List. Those featured on the list are being recognized for their successes and accomplishments during the last two years. The publication also honors the noteworthy executives for their leadership within their organizations and communities.

Keith Patrick Banner is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter H. Carroll, U.S. bankruptcy judge for the Central District of California. Banner focuses on business insolvency and distressed transactions with relevant experience in a variety of industries, including retail, entertainment, technology, and real estate.

Jeffrey Krieger is a partner and a specialist in bankruptcy-related matters. Krieger’s practice is broad and encompasses both creditors and debtors, as well as various types of clients whose business dealings are potentially affected by financial distress, whether involving a vendor, customer, business partner, or other stakeholders. By combining strategic, high-level counsel with deep expertise in the procedural and substantive elements of bankruptcy law, he assists his clients in managing risks presented by bankruptcy proceedings and maximizing opportunities.

Jonathan Shenson is a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Reorganization, & Capital Recovery Group, as well as its Corporate Finance & Securities Department. Shenson’s bankruptcy practice includes representation of debtors, secured creditors (including debtor in possession lenders), committees, acquirers and other parties in chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and workouts, acquisitions, foreclosures, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
