The Driving Diversity in Law and Leadership Summit is an annual event dedicated to exploring and brainstorming solutions to these issues within the legal sector by creating a platform for leaders and stakeholders to exchange ideas, network, and learn latest trends and best practices to driving diversity.
Employment Law Partner, Karina Sterman, will be a panelist on the topic of "Developing a Dynamic Alliance: Legal & HR Working Together to Accelerate DEI" for the Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership Summit. This panel will explore how leaders from different departments can come together to drive DEI initiatives, interdepartmental policies, programs, and trainings that work, and why legal and HR should in some cases decide together on which law firms to bring in as outside counsel.
