Two Greenberg Glusker Partners Recognized by Los Angeles Times as 2023 Business of Law Visionaries

Entertainment Litigation Partner, Julia Haye, and Employment Partner, Kelly Raney, have been recognized by the Los Angeles Times as "2023 Business of Law Visionaries." Julia and Kelly were selected for their contributions and leadership in their organizations, the legal field, and surrounding communities.

Julia Haye regularly advises on copyright and trademark infringement disputes and matters involving idea submissions. Her background also includes working with music rights, such as identifying future royalty streams and advising clients with respect to royalties from digital distribution, and advising musical artists and choreographers on protection of their intellectual property assets.

Kelly Raney represents and advises clients of all sizes, from start-ups and high-net-worth individuals to Fortune 500 companies on matters ranging from employment policies, practices and compliance, pre-litigation disputes and investigations, and all stages of litigation. Kelly has also litigated high stakes intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, which included state and federal trials and authoring briefs and appearing at the federal appellate level. Kelly applies her high stakes litigation skills and degrees in economics and business to strategically advise and protect her clients’ interests, with an understanding of her clients’ priorities and goals.
