Kicking off 2024 with a self-made Force who chose a road less traveled. In 2011, Sheenika made the difficult (and scary) decision not to pursue a conventional legal career post law school. At the time, while law, technology and marketing were clear interests, Sheenika had no idea that a rewarding and successful career could be made combining all three. Sheenika accepted a business development coordinator position at a local law firm and realized that the legal industry was entering a new tech frontier. Her passion for technology and innovation quickly made Sheenika a stand-out. She led her firm into the digital age by establishing its online presence and introducing modern marketing tactics in an otherwise traditional setting. Her efforts significantly enhanced the firm’s professional outreach. Sheenika forged ahead fully embracing the ever developing digital marketing space to revolutionize traditional marketing practices and business development. In 2019, she accepted her current position as Chief Marketing Officer (“CMO”) at Greenberg Glusker where she leads an impressive team of three other marketing professionals. She helms one of the most industrious and vibrant departments at the firm with a seemingly endless list of marketing initiatives.
On a more personal front, Sheenika was raised in southern California by hardworking immigrant parents. At a young age, Sheenika learned to advocate for what she wanted and learn from her own mistakes. Currently, Sheenika and her entrepreneur spouse live in Los Angeles and have their hands full with their toddler son, Kavir. Sheenika is passionate about being a vegan, and enjoys trying new vegan restaurants and attending vegan festivals. World travel is on her bucket list.
