• Represented the developer of a 3-story 50,000 square foot medical office building in Santa Monica, California, including advising the client in the acquisition, construction, finance and leasing phases of the project.
• Represented Arnon Development in the build-to-suit lease to DaVita, Inc. of a medical office/dialysis center in West Los Angeles.
• Represented Charter Realty Group in the acquisition and leasing of a medical office building located near Atlanta, Georgia.
• Represented an urgent care company in its lease of facilities in the San Gabriel Valley of California.
