Greenberg Glusker's Band, The Gee Gees, Participates in 13th Annual Law Rocks Los Angeles

The firm successfully raised over $19,000 for both Law Rocks charities and in support of its chosen charity, Alliance for Children’s Rights.
Greenberg Glusker's The Gee Gees, a clever name based on the firm’s website (ggfirm.com), delivered a spectacular performance celebrating their first appearance at this legendary event. Their set – a blend of timeless hits, underscored by the skilled artistry of Greenberg Glusker's attorneys – not only captivated the audience but also impressed the judges, earning them the "Judge’s Choice" award.
"Law Rocks rookie band The Gee Gees seemed anything but as they opened their set with perfect harmonies rocking “The Chain” by Fleetwood Mac," according to the Law Rocks press release. "Band members traded out on vocals and drums, joking they are 'probably the only band in history that has more drummers than guitar players.' The guest saxophonist blew the crowd away on Money by Pink Floyd. The band chose the perfect set-list to highlight their talents, receiving the Judges’ Choice Award."
The band members include:
- Graham Fenton as the lead vocalist (also on drums)
- Ryan Webb and Pete Nyquist on drums (with Webb also providing vocals)
- Ricardo Cestero and Noah Perch-Ahern ripping on guitars and adding vocals
- Ira Steinberg on bass
- James Hill playing the piano
- With special appearances by Linda Debella (vocals) and Doug Webb (saxophone)
Law Rocks is a unique initiative that leverages the universal appeal of music to foster youth music education and support local charities through the legal community's enthusiasm and generosity. This year, it saw participation from over 200 law firms globally showcasing the legal profession's dedication to philanthropy. The Los Angeles event set a new record raising $411,000 across two nights, benefiting 14 worthy charities, and marking another successful chapter in the initiative's history.

The Alliance for Children's Rights
The Alliance for Children’s Rights is a nonprofit legal services organization that protects the rights of impoverished, abused and neglected children in Los Angeles County. They advocate for healthcare, education and financial support for families created by adoption, foster care and guardianship. They also address the needs of foster youth leaving care without a permanent family. Whenever possible, they remedy system wide issues through policy reform. Their clients include children in foster care, runaway and emancipating youth, and relative and non-relative caregivers.
